Bookings Once a booking has been confirmed with me either in writing or over the phone, I require at least 3 full days notice for cancellation or a cancellation fee, of £100 per day, is payable.

In confirming a booking, the client accepts these terms and conditions.

A Standard Day

A Standard day is 10 Hours.

Insurance and Liability

I carry Public liability insurance. However, the client is responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment that I supply while I am working for them, this includes traveling to and from shoots, any overnight stays, travel days and during shoot days.

In particular, the client must take responsibility for any situation where filming requirements place equipment at risk of theft, or damage from rain or any other rogue elements! They must also accept liability for the actions of production staff, presenters and contributors using radio mics. The liability is with the production whether or not their insurance covers the kit.

Payment

Payment must be made within 30 days from the date on invoice. Failure to do so is illegal and will result in interest being charged at the Bank of England base rate plus 8% as per the Late Payment Of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Any queries regarding an invoice must be raised within 7 days.
